FOUNDATION FIRST is a 4-month transformation that eliminates inefficiencies and builds the structure your business needs to scale. We map workflows, implement Asana, Monday, or ClickUp, refine processes, and train your team—so execution is smooth, accountability is clear, and work actually gets done.

Training & Documentation

We refresh or develop up to five custom processes tailored to how your team works, ensuring clear, step-by-step instructions.

Foundation First starts at $12,500, paid in four monthly installments of $3,125. Expanded scopes may range up to $15,000 depending on complexity. Each engagement is carefully scoped to match your team’s goals, capacity, and operational priorities.
