 First…

We kick off the first three months, completing a deep dive into existing resource documents and systems, starting at the foundation while getting acquainted with your team. In this phase, we take time to understand your company’s mission, operations, structure, services, etc.

During our discovery process, we work to help teams gain clarity on work responsibilities and collaboration opportunities, along with reassigning duties as needed. In addition, there are two coaching sessions during this phase, which ensures everyone is aligned with the overall goals and vision.

Phase 2: The Build Out

 In this focus, we will dissect your team's communication and collaboration practices to identify ways to streamline and make them more efficient. With our process-first approach, we can effectively align the right tech and tools for day-to-day operations.

 

Based on our previous discovery process, we will improve and/or implement systems to support and manage your team’s day-to-day work, including project management, Google Workspace, email marketing, payroll systems, communication tools, and time tracking.

Phase 3: The Hand Off

We move forward to prepare, develop, and customize a variety of deliverables to your team based on each part of our work. Our initial strategy will include all the specific deliverables we propose.

From there, we will partner in training administrators, team leads, and teams on the developed systems and processes. The administrator(s) will be left clear on managing the system and supporting every team member. Team members will also be left with conducive training on utilizing the new systems and processes that support their role best.

The Handoff

Producing real results you can experience is our thing. In this phase, you and your team will be equipped and trained to use and optimize the new systems and processes in place. Here, you will also receive tangible deliverables that align with the initial custom strategy we developed.

Phase 1: Auditing and Roadmap
  • Auditing your current client onboarding process and deliverables
  • Identifying opportunities to improve using Dubsado features and integrations
  • Developing a roadmap with workflow options for clients
  • Reviewing roadmap and workflow options  
Phase 2: Developing/Updating Content
  • Updating canned email responses
  • Creating a streamlined workflow based on the information that needs to be collected and shared 
  • Creating meeting scheduler options (if applicable)
  • Uploading contracts/agreements + Creating up to 3 forms and/or questionnaires  (if applicable)
Phase 3: Workflow Implementation  and Testing

  • Using "triggered" features in Dubsado to onset automation
  • Testing new workflows/reviewing with the client
  • Providing a SOP (standard operating procedure) document with videos and written instruction for each workflow.

Are you are seeking hands-on training and skill development for your support team? We offer 1:1 Executive Coaching services to virtual assistants, Executive Assistants, and other support roles.  

 

We will create a customized training plan with office hours, training, and resources. 

 

 

We offer 90-day coaching plans. This may be renewed for up to 2 terms.

Includes: 

  • 1- review meeting to assess successes and challenges and to discuss new focus areas.

  • A comprehensive roadmap detailing focus areas and goals for each coaching session.

  • 60-min bi-weekly coaching sessions (6 total per coaching term)
